Our business primarily provides business-to-business services. Fees are generally charged for agreed work, project milestones, or service periods as specified in the applicable commercial documents.
2. Refunds
Refunds are not automatically provided once services have commenced or work has been delivered, except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
3. Disputes
If a customer believes that an invoice or service outcome is incorrect, the customer should contact us promptly with relevant details so the matter can be reviewed in good faith.
