1. Services
VECTORCREW SERVICES PTE. LTD. provides IT support, project coordination, lawful data annotation support, quality review, and related operational support services for business clients.
2. Commercial Basis
Services are provided subject to agreed quotations, service agreements, statements of work, purchase orders, or other mutually accepted commercial documents.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate instructions, necessary authorizations, and any project materials required for service delivery. Customers must ensure that requested work is lawful and properly authorized.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are governed by the applicable commercial agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable in accordance with the due date stated on the invoice.
5. Compliance
We reserve the right to decline work that appears unlawful, unauthorized, misleading, or outside the scope of our services or compliance standards.
